Best way to order ?

The best way to order is to measure your aisle and take a look at all the options on the website, make your decisions about colors and length you need, placement (entrance, center of aisle, or altar area) color of ribbon (if you want ribbon added to the sides of your runner), monogram choice and then call me at 773-841-8755.  We can discuss any questions you might have at that time.  After a deposit is received, I create your monogram for you and email a proof for your acceptance.  Upon completion, a picture of your completed runner is emailed to you.

Payment Options?

Visa, Mastercard, or a Money Order are accepted.  I will take your info over the phone.  I require a deposit of half at the time the order is placed, and the balance is applied to the same card upon completion (unless a Money Order was used), and before the runner is shipped.  Due to personalization, runners are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

What colors do our runners come in?

Our runner colors are white and ivory.   A matching satin pull is attached to the runner for rolling down the aisle.

Do we sell plain aisle runners without monogramming or painting?

No, only with personalization.

Can we color match to your wedding colors?

Absolutely!  Computers may show colors slightly differently, so while selecting your colors for ribbon choices from the color chart, it may not be an exact match.  In order to guarantee a better match, it is best to send a sample fabric swatch or other type of color sample to me so that I can select your paint colors or ribbon to match your colors as closely as possible.

How much is shipping?

The charge for shipping is 25.00 with insurance for runners up to 75 feet included in that price.  We ship via UPS and FED EX.

How long before I receive my runner?

I ask for 12 weeks.  If you order ribbon on your runner, the ribbon is special ordered and takes 3 weeks for me to receive.   I work very hard to get all the runners done ASAP in the order that I receive them.  Your runner might be completed before the 12 week period, but I like to have enough time as not to stress either myself or you.         

My aisle is 32 feet, can you make the runner the exact length I need?

Absolutely, why buy more runner than you need?  I will make the length to whatever you need.
